We would be getting a lot more reports of this if it were only limited to those that didn't pre-order. Seeing as how there are only a couple of reports, that points to a local issue rather than a problem with the game.

I don't think this is a corrupted download. If that were the case though, you could download again to correct it.

Have you tried playing on a different gamertag? It would be good to see if this persists under a different account.
