I just don’t understand it

The reason we can't fix it is because we can't reproduce it. In comparison to the overall playerbase, it's a small number of consoles that are crashing. There have been reports of using an external fan. Obviously, that's not working for you. It's absolutely unfortunate. We would love to find out why this is happening and get it resolved. Unfortunately, without making it happen, that's just not possible.
