Missing wildcard rewards
Been leveling up yet my rewards are missing. Reached out to EA only for them to pass the buck to the forums. Any help would be great.

Hi there. I'll see if we can investigate this. Send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag/PSN ID. I will also need details on which rewards are missing and screenshots showing your progress.
I had this happen to me in NHL 25 (on Xbox), in the wildcard path during the Stanley Cup playoffs event. I wasn't receiving the final three rewards. What's strange is that I received all the other rewards when I was playing the day before. I tried to going in and out of various menus and even tried playing another wildcard game, to which one of that fixed the issue.
The fix for me was simply to quit and relaunch the game. A simple solution, but figured I'd share in case it helps anyone else.
