Network connection issue

Every time I turn on the game I get network connection issue. Internet is fine. I unplug the power and the system and plug back in turn on and it works. Why is this happening?

Hi there. Are you on Xbox? If so and if the game is in the Quick Resume menu, remove it. Power cycle your network equipment by unplugging your modem/router for 2 minutes. Also, hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off. Turn it all back on again and see if you're still getting the same issue. Thanks!

    Thanks. Last question how do you remove from quick resume. Just load another game. If so I have done most of this.

      No problem! Here are those steps:

      1. Hit the Guide button
      2. Go to My games & apps
      3. Highlight NHL 25
      4. Press the small, hamburger button to the right of the Guide button
      5. At the bottom of the menu, choose Remove from Quick Resume

        Doesn’t give me an option. Only option is uninstall.
