Good morning. I am having the same issue (Xbox Series X) as of this morning. I tried your recommendation (ended quick resume and power cycled my equipment) and that did not work. For context, I am able to get into the Madden Ultimate Team mode. Can you please assist? Thank you!
What is happening exactly? Are you loading into HUT and getting a message about not connecting? If so, what does it say?

Thank you for the reply. I load into NHL 25 (Hughes bros splash screen) and then it transitions to an empty screen with "CONNECTING" and a rotating NHL 25 avatar in the upper right corner. It does this for about 15-20 seconds and then gives me the following" "Network Connection Issue. Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time. In order to access the online features for this title ... etc." I then click "OK" and it brings me to the main NHL 25 menu. My Xbox tag (StSarcastic 867) is in the upper right but if I attempt to enter HUT or WoC it repeats this process. I have no other issues with my network or games (including MUT as mentioned above). I have tried restarting both my router and Xbox multiple times. I am located in Florida if that helps. Thank you again.

Did you try the power cycling instructions I mentioned here.

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
- Go to your Xbox Settings
- Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
- Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

I cleared my alternate MAC address and I'm still getting the same error message.
