NHL 25 - EA Play Trial - Error

Question

I have been messaging with three different ea customer service people still no help.

I can not find anyone else to contact, they have sent me here.

I have 8 hours and 20 minutes left on my NHL 25 trial.

When I go to start and play the game everything works completely fine. Problem occurs when I try to start an online match.

When i start an online match I am prompted with "Error: Trial Permissions could not be found for this user"

There is a video attached to show what occurs.

Would really appreciate if I could get some help.

I’m also facing this issue with the NHL 25 EA Play trial. Every time I try to access online features, I get the "Trial Permissions could not be found for this user" error. I’ve tried restoring licenses and reinstalling the game, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone found a fix yet, or is this something EA needs to address
