Nhl 25 asking for xbox game pass

I had the same issue yesterday. Try going to the management part in the game options where the uninstalled option is.. and delete your saved profiles and re upload them from the cloud which should happen automatically and it should work. 

Fixed mine at last. I had set the game pass to not reoccurring so just made it reoccurring and it now seems to work. Will take it off again later and see if it is still ok.

Are you trying to download the game you pre-ordered from the store or are you going through the EA Play? You should just be trying to download from the Xbox store since it was purchased.

If you've done that, send me a private message with your Xbox gamertag so I can pass it on to the team investigating this.

For me the issue is now fixed. Not sure why but the game works again

Same issue here, I'm sharing a xbox with my father and I'm paying for game pass ultimate. I made it my home xbox. This week, he tried to play online in HUT and it asked him to choose a game pass plan. It's the first time this happens and he plays offen. What should I do? Thanks
