This is the only report of this I've seen so far. I'll wait for another to come in to see if they can get a video.
Have you tried playing on a different TV/monitor? That would help narrow down if this is a game or TV issue.It's happening on any TV surprised no one else is reporting this issue since it's been a problem for years now
