NHL 25 Online Error Code 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892

Anytime I try to do anything online I instantly get the error code: 9D529E1FE2CCB328-0000000000009999-9B3B600B3D037892 and get sent to the main menu. The game is legitimately unplayable. This has bee...

Hi there. We're aware of this. Unfortunately, the only thing I can suggest is to keep playing on the account that works. We are hoping to have this addressed in January.

There is no account that works. I made a brand new one to test and it worked for one game. It is unplayable before experiencing the same issue

    Is the new account linked to the same EA account as your main one?
