NHL 25, Series S, Consistenly Crashing on "Be A Pro Career"

As in title, When I got to "Be a Pro" and try to play the next game of hockey in my players season the game crashes to the xbox home screen shortly after "Star game" is pressed.
I am able to sim games with no problem but when I stop SIMing at any point and try to play a game manually it will crash.
