Community ManagerHi there. Unfortunately, since auto save is turned off, you'll need to gain that progress back. As far as the crash goes, we're going to need more details. My recommendation is to keep playing and if it happens again, get me some steps detailing how it occurred. Video would be excellent to have as well. Thanks!
This is actually brutal. If I play a second game it crashes and I'm one of those that wants to play every game in a career for my player. I've followed the steps to clear data and it made absolutely no difference. I've never had a problem with the hockey games you produce but in a series of resounding successes this is an absolute clunker. How or when is EA going to address this?

Are you also playing the trial like the OP? Are you only crashing very other game you play?
