NHL 25 won’t Let me go online on my Xbox
Just started the other day NHL 25 on my Xbox. S will not let me play online.

I got this game 2 days ago on disk for PS5. I have great internet and have this problem every day.

Community ManagerMake sure you exit to the main menu when you're done playing. If you are in an online mode like WoC or HUT and switch to a different game/app or just turn your console off, this will happen.
Thank you, I will try this moving forward. Is something EA is looking into to fix? Pretty wild error to have in 2024.

We're not aware of this being an issue with the game. It has to do with Quick Resume.
Quick Resume is not a feature on PS5. Regardless, it should not be a problem on a video game in 2024. The game is loading improperly for many users on this specific game. I did not have this problem on NHL 24 nor any video game to my knowledge.
