NHL 25 won’t Let me go online on my Xbox

Make sure you exit to the main menu when you're done playing. If you are in an online mode like WoC or HUT and switch to a different game/app or just turn your console off, this will happen.

This is happening to me to. Very frustrating I removed the game from quick resume and it’s still happening also uninstalled and reinstalled and is still happening what can I do

That would be a different issue then. When are you getting the message and what does it say?

We're not aware of this being an issue with the game. It has to do with Quick Resume. 

Quick Resume is not a feature on PS5. Regardless, it should not be a problem on a video game in 2024. The game is loading improperly for many users on this specific game. I did not have this problem on NHL 24 nor any video game to my knowledge. 

Can you pls help me I’m having the same issues I have the game removed from quick resume and it still says connection issue

It comes up right as I open the game as I’m entering the main menu

the message is 

Unable to connect to the EA servers at this time. In order to access the online features for this title, please verify that your network connection Is working and you are signed in to your Xbox profile, or the EA Serveis may be down. Please try again later.

Does it happen if you exit out of the mode you're in and go back to the main menu? So far, I've only noticed this happening in that situation.

Did you completely close down NHL 25 and hard restart your console?
