NHL crashes PS5

NHL25  crashes my ps5 every time I try to play it. I purchased the early access only to be seriously disappointed. I’m 54 and have played EA NHL since it’s 94 inaugural release and is 90% of my gaming. 

I’ve deleted and reinstalled game twice, I’ve cleaned my ps5 thoroughly, Had a fan on it in a well ventilated spot. Have sitting horizontal as adviced,, signed out and signed back in, changed language,  cleared cache, rebuilt data, updated all updates for ea and ps5.   Can play any other game with no issues etc etc    
 
I’ve tried to play Chel but keep getting crashed so I only try HUT now until it’s resolved and get two games in and always crashes  

Please EA fix this issue of a long serving customer and supporter of your game who is absolutely crushed on these crashes

    And yet again two games completed in HUT  and it crashes.     I’m TOMMY420CHONG  and I am so very very disappointed EA!!!!!!!!

    Are you seeing any error messages or is it just straight up dashboarding?
    There was an old issue in the past that having something plugged into a usb port on the console could cause crashes, so give that a shot if you happen to have a headset transmitter or something plugged into your PS5.

    I’m having the same issues and in a chat they’re saying this isn’t wide spread.  I keep losing connection to the servers.  I’m wired with no internet issues.  Never happened in nhl 24
