NHL25 Hut Problems

When I try to edit my lineup it goes to the loading screen and just says cleaning the ice and doesn’t load, same when trying to play squad battles or rivals 

when I try to play moments it gives and error code and exits hut. 
only thing I can play in HUT is wildcard

anyone else having this issue or know a fix?
