Online Versus Error
Can’t play any online games. Keep getting Failed to Retrieve Data with an error code.

Community ManagerHey there. Try power cycling your console by holding in the power button until it turns off. Restart and try again. Let me know if you still get the error or not. If you do, report back with which console you're on. Thanks!
Im having exact same problem and i restarted my console but still doesnt work. Im playing on ps5
