Please HELP. I can't play online.

I have a little problem. When I go in on nhl 25 and want to play online it comes up on the screen "log in confirmation, to be able to verify your identity we will send a code to your email". The problem is, that email is no longer in service, it's gone, I cant log in to it and its not even my ea accounts email, its only the email the code will be sent to so they can verify me. So now I cant play online because I cant see what the code is and I cant verify and I cant get the code in any other way, not in the phone or anything. Please help me so I can play online.
