Pre-order items

Not really a tech issue, but it's deals with something in the game, out of stupidity and anger, I deleted my hut team and not thinking of it, I lost all my pre order items, is there a way I could get that team back or get the pre order items back, and also, I am not able to do the hit moments challenge anymore so I can't get the hattrick card anymore

    Hey there. I really don't know if it's possible to return your team. The best I can advise is to open a case with an advisor by following the instructions here. They will let you know if your team can be restored or not.

    I was told they cannot "restore" my team and they sent me to this forum for help.  Is it possible to just reset my current team so i can do the moments and objection over again?  And maybe resend the pre order packs?

    Are you able to at least reset my moments and Objectives so i can earn them back?  Or send me the pre order packs that i paid for and now no longer have?

    So wait a second, I literally lad MORE money for the delux edition which gave me preorder packs and 4600 points. 

    youre telling me I can’t even get the stuff I paid for back?

     

    am I able to get a refund for the game?

    You already claimed the pre-order content on your previous team. We cannot replace it due to you choosing to delete your team.

    You're welcome to contact the retailer the game was purchased from to inquire about a refund.
