Community ManagerHello. This is not a known issue. Unfortunately, we cannot help with bad codes. You'll need to contact the retailer to see if they can assist.
You and Xbox both said I need to talk to them, but they said I need to talk to you. Is there any way you could just issue me a new code? I can provide proof of purchase and proof that the code doesn't work.

I'm sorry to say, we cannot issue new codes. It is up to the retailer it was purchased from to replace codes.
Did you buy the game on disk and get a code from Target for the bonus content?Yeah. I'm trying to work with Xbox again right now, and they said if they can't do anything then I need to talk to EA. They're saying the code is active and they are supposed to send me an Email to give to EA to check what is wrong with the code. Where could I send that to? If I don't get their email would someone still be able to check the code?
