Ps5 Be a Pro Hat Trick Crash
With the latest update my ps5 crashes every time I get a hat trick. Has happened 10+ times. This game is already laughably bad, please ea address this asap.

I'm having the same issue but why would anyone that works for EA respond to such a ignorant comment saying the game is already laughably bad? Grow up.

Hey there. Thanks for reaching. Yes, we typically don't respond to posts like that as our time is much better used by responding to people being constructive.
Something that someone else mentioned helping was updating the firmware on their controller. Can you try that?I saw that recommendation in another thread, so I tried it. I just crashed out again.

Thanks for letting me know. That person also uninstalled CoD. I don't see how that would help, but you could give it a shot in case there's some kind of conflict. Otherwise, we'll have to wait for a fix to be released.
Fair, I was just pretty angry when I wrote it. All my firmware is up to date, have the latest update, yet problem still persists. It only happens when you get a hat trick.

The frustration is understandable. If you can keep it in check here, you're far more likely to get a response.
Unfortunately, we'll have to wait for a proper fix to be released. That or you can try to avoid getting hatties. I know it's very disappointing. Hopefully, we'll have this resolved soon.
