Season mode trade causing crash

Edit…..the trade doesn’t reverse up to reboot. It stays there but still freezes when either simulating to next game or attempting to play a game in season mode. 

What is the timeline I can expect a response to my issue?  

This is very simple to recreate, yet nothing from the support team?  Wtf is going on here?  **bleep** me for playing season mode I guess, should stick to hut and the micro transactions 

Ok I guess I’m not getting any support so refund it is. How do I go about it?  No point in keeping ea play either so will need to cancel that as well

Hello. It sounds like your save is corrupt. Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do. You can try deleting the save for this to see if a clean one downloads from the cloud. What console are you playing on? I'll provide some instructions.

Xbox series x. With waiting for a response I restarted season. Simmed to the same spot in season and used player movement to execute the trade. Same issue, doesn’t appear to be a corrupt issue. Try it and see what your get.

If I have no other choice I will, but this has been an ongoing issue with previous versions of the game. Roster movement trades in season mode cause catastrophic failure, can not advance in season at all, not 1 day.  This is super easy to replicate. 

In order to get this looked at, I'll need a video so we can see exactly how it's occurring since there could be some fine details that wouldn't be replicated in our own testing.

Super convenient, I’ll need instruction on how to do this as I don’t have a YouTube account. Wont be able to sit down until Saturday likely
