Servers are down AGAIN!

We'll keep an eye out for other reports. At the moment, the servers are up and running so the best I can do is go through troubleshooting.

What console are you on and is a wired or wireless connection being used? What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

You should be able to hit highlight NHL 25 under Quick Resume and hit the Menu button. That's the small, hamburger button to the right under the Guide button. There should be an option there to remove it from Quick Resume.

From across the pond over here and I was getting the same thing as well on wired PS5 connection w 387mbps download and 37 mbps upload speeds would have completed all tiers of extra XP last night if not for that problem 

I have to agree with o3p36dwjqv5a on this one..Here in Finland I've also witnessed server error-messages many times allthough EA claims the servers are working properly, all the other games I'm playing work fine online when that happens so I would not blame it on the connection.. Just sounds strange that a connection issue would only affect one specific game but not others..

Normally, when it's just players in a particular region that can't connect, it's an issue with their ISP. Which ISP are you both on? Also, when this happens, can you change your connection to a mobile hotspot and connect? If so, that means the problem is with your ISP since a totally different connection works.
