STILL missing Hughes choice pack after being told i would be getting it

I pre ordered the deluxe edition and the Microsoft store and EA website even said that you get the 84 ovr cover athlete pack but yet i still don’t have it and after contacting support have yet to get answers other then that i will get my pack and not to worry
