At first I had one toty card (Kucherov). The card was in the team but not in the game, also had no synergies enabled. Then I made a second toty card (mcdavid) and put it in the team too. Now the Kucherov player card is in play but the McDavid card is not and has all synergies disabled. I've tried many things, I even reinstalled the game, but nothing helps.
Are you saying the card is in your lineup but the player isn't showing up on the ice? If so are they being replaced as if they were injured? Have you tried creating a new lineup?

Yes the player is in the lineup but not on the ice from the beginning. he hasn't played a single game. I'll try to make the video tomorrow. If I turn on any mode he's no in the lineup on th e ice and is replaced by someone from the second line.
Community ManagerTry creating a new lineup with the same players. Make sure you set it to active and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not.
