Trial Permission could not be found found for this user

I keep getting this error when i try to play online with the NHL 25 trial on ps5 . Can someone please help. This happens with all online modes, all offline modes are fine

Still not working on PS. I’ve been a subscriber of EA Play for 3 years and have never had this issue. Any timetable on a PS fix??

After completing a certain amount of sets for Beast mode token, the items from the pack I have bought + the BM tokens that I have picked up from my inbox disapeared...
