Umm EA help please

The game stutters, I lose sound and sends me to the dashboard. There’s no consistent time that it crashes. It’s completely at random. Sometimes it happens as we are loading in the game. Yesterday I thought it’d be fixed after the update. But it crashed game 1 right after a fight occurred. It also may happen late in the third while we’re blowing the other team out. Other times it’ll crash early in the first. Other times it’ll crash between periods. I’ve tried unplugging my mic thinking that was the problem. I’ve reset my box, tried a dif Ethernet chord, tried wirelessly, cleared cache, I’m just at a loss and think I’ve tried everything. I’ve been playing chel for 15 years at this point. It’s basically the only game I enjoy playing for long periods of time.
