I just don’t understand it

I can’t seem to quite understand why you guys can’t seem to find a fix for the constant crashing/dashboarding on Xbox, I’ve tried everything from hard resets, clearing cache, persistent data wipes, external fans to try and cool the system down even though no other game has this issue for me, my system is clear as can be inside from dust and debris, it makes no sense to me how a triple A company can’t figure out their games technical issues. I even went as far as to buy a physical copy of the game to see if it was something to do with the software on the digital version but nope, first game on I crashed. Please make it stop it’s literally killing any ambition I have of not only playing this game but purchasing this game in the future.
