Why can't they fix match making?
Match making used to work. You used to be able to find a game but now you can search for an hour and not find a game. It is impossible not to think this is intentional.

This is not intentional. It really makes no sense for us to purposely cause you to not find matches. Obviously, matchmaking needs to be improved. It's something we are very well aware of.
Can you be more detailed with what is happening? Are you having trouble finding 6s opponents or is it less? Are you not able to match goalies? Please let me know how many players are in your lobby and how long it's taking to find matches.
