Have had this issue for years. Bf6 made me come back and try again. No luck. I hope you figure it out.

I tried over 2 hours waiting in silly chat never got help. You guys really want lose customers over silly link account to access a game they payed for.

Yea just go through chat help and they will help. My account was disabled by ea due to inactive account so he had unlink old account so I could add new ps5 account.
