World of Chel Level Reset

Two days ago I was playing the Hatrick 3xp live event and leveled up to P1 lvl 1 and then I logged in last night and I dropped back down to lvl 38 and lost my last three load outs. I don’t understand what happened? It feels as if the 3xp live event was never supposed to happen. Has this happened to anyone else?
