Xfactor&trait points

My xfactor and trait points i buy alway end up disappearing so how am I supposed to get things that are xfactor or 6 trait points.

    44-47 seconds you can see i have 11 xfactor points. Then around 6:36-6:44 they disappear  and go back to 9 xfactor

      Thanks. I've reported this to the team. Currently, there is no ETA on a fix. We'll have to wait and see if it's addressed in a future update.

        So what they might not fix it? It's a broken game if you can't get all the trait points and xfactor.
