XP player upgrade error

Everytime I try to upgrade a player from current season game boots me back to main menu. I refunded Backstrom to build up Giroux and I keep getting this error number. 1C52212D1D407BA0-0000000000009999-3A506F32F32F2104722

If anyone can help that would be great. Im using the right tokens and everything, have done this process last season as well with no error.

Same here ...and even worse its taken my xp tokens ....feel robbed ...EA your game is ao broken
