Ban Appeals for HUT?

Can someone please contact me regarding a ban appeal? I was told I have to contact the terms of services department however I’m only trying to get my ban lifted on NHL 25 ultimate team, and when I follow the links to send an appeal it doesnt give me an option to contact anyone. It’s saying I’m not banned through “EA” when I go to my bans/suspensions so I think that’s why there is no option to contact them. If anyone could help me out I would be so thankful!

  • all you can do is email them and they will review your case you cannot talk to anyone. After a few days you will receive an email from customer experience saying that they are reviewing it. you can reply to that email and it gets added to your current case but they will not reply.  so basically make sure you explain everything in your case. takes about 10 days to get the answer.  Again you wont interact with anyone because god forbid they give  you actual customer service. All the other tickets you log you can chat with someone except when you get banned or suspended.

    Hope this helps

Yeah, there's no interaction with ToS. They would never get anything done if they constantly had to respond to these messages. They need to be left alone to investigate the report. Every one of these is investigated though. We don't want to ban anyone. We want you all enjoying our games. Unfortunately, there are many that choose to break the rules. If the investigation shows that the ban isn't actually warranted, it is overturned.

Understandable but i still think that a billion dollar company that sells a game for 140$ can take 20 minutes to explain to their customer the how and why instead of sending generic emails with zero details.  I understand that most bans are warranted and ppl will say anything to get out of it so the discussion is somewhat pointless but just as an example this is from TOS( below): I am sure a player would love get an explanation on to what Farm Coins means when they get banned for it. Some of these are pretty self explanatory but take coin distribution for example while it seems pretty straight forward, but If someone puts an 85 card up for19k starting bid and 999,999 buyout and a player accidentally does the buyout instead bid well this would qualify as coin distribution since the 85 is worth max 100k.  I am sure that player deserves a chance to have an interaction if he gets banned. and these bans are not 2 day bans. Maybe have a wrong perception of what customer service is supposed to be. Anyways not disagreeing with you just feel there could be a better quality response to any customer request no matter the department

You break our rules if you:
        • engage in Coin distribution
        • buy Coins
        • sell Coins
        • use auto-buyers or other unofficial clients
        • farm Coins
        • make false claims
        • use someone else’s account
        • use multiple accounts to boost your performance in-game
        • use bots in or abuse the Auction House
        • cheat in-game
        • promote, encourage, or take part in any prohibited activity described in section 6 of our User Agreement.

Hi there. We can't help with bans over the EA Forums. You'll need to submit a dispute. There are instructions for that here.
