Account ban appeal

My ally code is 171-823-357 (https://swgoh.gg/p/171823357/). My account got banned yesterday while I was climbing for fleet po and not sure why. I found information on the forum says I could appeal by sending message to CG_LucifersDaddy which I did. A guildmate sent me a message showing evidently CG_LucifersDaddy hasn’t been active for a long time.

I’ve been playing since 2015 and never done anything wrong. I play on an iPhone and no one else has access to my account.
