How do win a game but lose it

Please someone explain how I won a game 4-2 to only lose 3-0 in the standing. Now the connection have be trash since this problem. EA NEEDS TO FIX THIS AND GIVE ME MY WIN.

    You got disconnected. When that happens, the game result is a loss of 3-0.

    Since it doesn't happen often, that sounds like it would be related to your connection. Have you tried any troubleshooting yet? If not, run through the steps here to see if it improves. Unfortunately, we're not able to modify your record.

    I lost connection after the game was over and I doesn't happen often. I'm hard Wired in

    It looks like you lost connection. How frequently is this happening? Also, are you using a wired or wireless connection?
