NHL 25 preorder bug

hello, it seems to have a big problem with the pre-order advantage and the sets I did not have the pack with the hughe brothers and I cannot do the wildcard set I have unlocked everything but I cannot insert the cards

    Hello. The Hughes brothers pack was only available if you pre-ordered before September 13th.

    What is the 84 OVR item you're adding to that set that is causing the error?
