GAC bugged?

My opponent has full banners right off the bat.

Looks like he's actually 10 points shy of max. If you force close and reopen the game does it still show that?

Pretty impressive clear only six minutes into the attack phase. I would suspect haxxzorz or a visual bug

Agreed, I assumed it was visual, which is why I wondered if a force close would fix it. Alas, not so much. Be interesting to see what happens with this.
