I just love the passion 2BC gives to this franchise year after an year, given that he's outcome maybe needs a bit of tune down, but that is just who he is and i find younger myself in him with those outcomes. Either way what Johnny says needs answers, he makes good points with the game all together and shows them with videoclips, pointing out specific things/flaws on NHL-games.

It's not looking good! I've watched several content creators including this video you shared and what its appearing to me is it's the classic pig with lip stick scam that so many other players have recently mentioned. No actual junior, NCAA or European league to actually develop your player before being drafted and slapped into a league where everyone averages 85 ovr while your 68 ovr. The media scrums are the very definition of lipstick on a pig. I don't understand what's hard about letting your performance dictate how your players attributers develop, and x factors unlock. If you're that concerned over the 10 newb players that would be so bad they couldn't achieve this on rookie, then make an option to bypass all that. But for the love of God stop punishing the rest of us that routinely pays your paychecks year in and year out by reducing the entire player base down the lowest common dominator.
