With the massive Be A Pro let down, the same annoying bugs in the game for all these years, false advertisement, AI IQ that continues to leave players scratching their head (on-ice IQ but as well as management IQ i.e. in franchise mode being able to trade a 2nd round pick for a low elite prospect taken top 20 in the draft AND a third rounder and the team accepting acts like you’re doing them a favour on hard trade difficulty) I’m interested to see how many people are still willing to pay $100 for a product that has shown time & time again it’s not here to improve, but here to profit. My take: the blatant disrespect for one of the most dedicated player bases in gaming has done it for me, 26 will be my last chel. We have beats partnerships and horrid Celebrini voice acting while world of chel dressing rooms are still polluted with bugs and have been for 10 ish years, AI IQ makes Helen Keller look like Nikita Kucherov, and the games CAREER MODE sitting UNCHANGED FOR 5 STRAIGHT RELEASES. And then when you finally “update” it, you add a terrible form score that only applies to one person in the entire league which is you, you add a world juniors option, make it EXTREMELY HARD (not for me let’s get that clear 🙂↕️) to stay on the roster or even make it to begin with, BUT DON’T HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN TO WORLD JUNIORS IN THAT SEASON?! Why?! Please I need to know where the common sense is when you’re making this game! Enough of my ranting, I wanna hear yours below 👇

In order for a patch to be issued. EA has to acknowledge there is or are flaws. Apparently they are not willing.....Or! Don't care. Have to remember. For years now, this franchise has been about accumulated revenue. It is seen in how they manipulate players into the need to buy into packs. The past several years. The overall game play of this game has remained relatively identical. A tweak here and a tweak there. Still the same game. What draws players back to this game is. The hope that this year will be different. And, that it is the only NHL game on the market. And because of that. EA has taken liberties in being anything but involved in the progression of this game. Why do anything. When what you have still sells. In years past. When there were several other NHL games on the market. EA was much more involved in improving their game. Now they are the market. SO!

I made the mistake of pre-ordering this game, which should never be done with an NHL game. I missed out on NHL25 (before this im byuing every NHL since 99) entirely because it was basically just a roster update. I give chance for this and i get a ****.I'll never pre-order another EA game again until I see what it is. I recommend this to others, even though it attracts those who are unable to maintain mental discipline by playing a week before the official release. A fool pays for not being able to wait a week.

Nope, but then I only buy them every two to three years anyway. Next time will be a hefty wait until it's discounted and received all the patches. We'll be waiting for a patch to the BAP mode for quite some time, if we see one at all.

For the first time in 25 years the answer is no, offline franchise mode is nothing like real hockey, I watch hi lights of loads of games and watch live in the uk, never have i seen hitting like the game portraits and minimal to no cpu stick penalties, it is by for the worst ever, most series of games gets better year by year, not this game.

I said I wasn't buying this years but I did. So no doubt I'll buy 27.
I don't mind offline in HUT other than having to play the same teams over and over again. I hate online play. Too many exploits in the game that everyone uses to the max, its not fun and looks nothing like ice hockey.
