EA_AljoEA_Barry what do you have to say to your customers? Any input on withholding information in the pre-order window & ignoring questions from the community, any input on the massive be a pro let down, any input on refund requests? There’s no way you guys gaslight the player base into believing refund requests are unreasonable with the product they gave us, surely?
Let me guess. They will answer:
”We are aware of the issue and its being investigated” so we have to wait, wait and wait.
Im just wondering that how many months do they need for the investigation? Just go ahead and try playing few matches in each game mode and you will see these problems with (example) penalties or late hitting
If something as simple as investigating and fixing (example) penalties takes several months, then either the games management wont allow any changes or EA just dont have enough skills to fix it.
Penalties are a very important part of the game so this should be at the top of the to-do list but EA prefers to add all unnecessary cosmetics things like new HUT cards, jerseys, or other silly hats/costumes to the game. This is completely absurd.
