Again Why?

1 why do I have to record what happens in a game that is designed and programmed by your company?
2. why doesn’t your team that designed or programmed the game  know about it?
3. if the First 2 happen again why do I have to record something that the company should know?
So what I am saying is as a company that produces a game you should know what people have a beef with.
4.so why don’t you just fix it. Or just wait until all the bugs are fixed or just update the rosters for a fee and bring out a game that works every couple of years?

Because not all sequences can be replicated in-studio. Sometimes players can execute moves, trigger animations and induce logic errors that QA simply cannot. A video can go a long way in showcasing certain steps in a sequence that may give unique insight to developers and engineers as to why any given issue may be happening.

There are some valid complaints for sure. However, there are a lot of 'complaints' that are rooted in skill issues.
