AI Player/line substitutions still not fixed from NHL 25

How can this still not be fixed? Why does the AI or logic not understand or can't differ from the forward and defensive position. I brought this issue up last year where the AI was putting forwards ...

Is the only instance of this you've seen the example you mentioned of putting a forward on defense for one game or are there other examples you can get screenshots/video of so I can get this reported again?

Current example of a playoff team that has 2 C/LW as their 3rd pairing D.

The only player they have scratched is a rookie goalie.

I simmed to my next game and checked again (giving the AI a chance to make the change - the wild played a game during that time) however nothing has changed.

How much more do you need or what other information is required?

  Sadly, this is exactly how you responded on the NHL 25 bug report ticket I opened.
  Don't have much faith things will change.
