Banned Account??

Go online and contact EA. There is a section that says being able to get back into your account. From there. Utilize the contact them feature, and give them the details regarding your inability to access your account. I had my account hacked once, and like you was unable to get into my account as it was apparently under a different name. They fixed the problem. Hopefully yours will be too. Remember to just go to the section that says EA, and then the contact us section.

I Have, and they have replied back that their decision is upheld. What they decided and what the actual reason for the ban is a mystery to me. I just re- acquired the game and set up this new account - have not even played online yet.

I try to re-open the case, but I can't even get logged in. Very frustrating.

Are you able to play offline? Why i ask is. There shouldnt be a ban on offline play. You are only interacting with the AI. As for Aljos suggestion. Have you tried that route? I am going to assume you tried what i suggested, and thats where you got the upheld ban. Either way. They should at least inform you of how you violated the user agreement.

I don't have access to your account so it's not something I have any additional insight into. It sounds like possibly that account had been compromised at some point. Possibly, your gamertag/PSN ID was linked to another account that had been banned. If that was the case, you wouldn't have received the initial email with the reasoning for the ban. Normally though, you can't unlink a gamertag/PSN ID from a banned account so you wouldn't have been able to link it to begin with. At any rate, the best I can advise is submitting another dispute or using a different account.
