I had a delayed penalty called on me and the other team scored which should have negated it. But I ended up playing shorthanded for an entire period without a player in the box or a penalty on the board. They scored twice and it showed as PP goals, but I was still shorthanded.

Community ManagerYou should be able to attach them using the paperclip icon. Unless they're too big. It's just best to provide a link since that's the best way to get them to the dev team. Both consoles have built in functionality for recording and publishing clips. You should be able to do a web search for those instructions.
Yes because computer plays powerplay, even shorthanded. "Suicide hockey". Thats serious bug on AI.
