My job isn't to test the game. I gather details we need to investigate issues. The team is very busy looking into reports of various issues as it is and this is a very time intensive process. To help them out and potentially get issues resolved faster, videos are needed.
Then send them this summarize that you have above. That should be enough for them to go on. If not, ask them to learn how to read. A video of the issue would take a LONG time to record and we play on consoles so not like most of us have recording apps on that but have to use our phones or something to record it. That is not a great way to record something and then try to upload it since the issues takes a while to present.
I am aware that it is not your job to test the game, you have colleagues for that, but it is your job to send them this information. Just put a ticket to them in Jira or whatever system you have with the text that the OP wrote.
