3 games played after the patch. Of course the 4th line has bad ice time, about 5 minutes, but at least he gets on the ice. Form points are now also more reasonable, but too much value is given to points in the lower lines. This should work, for example, so that the 1st line increases/decreases points by 20%, 2nd line by 15%, 3rd by 10% and 4th by 5%. Similar system for defenders. It is not realistic that the points on each line are affected the same because the ice time is not the same = you cannot assume the same result. (I have not yet had the chance to try this, but I assume this works like this).
I also notice a completely shocking difference in the gameplay, because now the settings work, previously we played with the original version of the game which is completely absurd. The settings weren't "latest", but the 1.0 where the goalie jumped like a rabbit and one-timers were shot flying in the air... The only thing I'm changing now is the game time 10 minutes and the skills effect (or what it is in English) 5/10 to 7/10. Everything else is original and hardcore.
I still have a little feeling that this won't work if you don't start completely over with Be a pro. The EA:s NHL game series has always had a bad habit of requiring a clean start for game mode to work properly. For example, this: The player's health doesn't seem to drop to zero right away, there have been up to 3 games in green, great! But let's check again after 10-20 games...

This is what I was afraid of. This is not working properly. A number that should increase, not decrease, when you play well, now it works the other way around. The number _went up_ in the previous game when I made 0+0 and -3. Last game 0+1 and shootout game winning- goal it going down...

I'm still trying a clean start on be a pro but I don't think this will change...
I play tested the new patch on BaP as well and I am finding that it is still heavily tied to point production and now also +/- . It’s so frustrating when as a winger I am defending the point D man when we get scored on yet I am getting penalized. Playing your position doesn’t even matter you still get hit with the “Bad line defense” like all years prior. I am also getting scored on every other shift. Even the games where I get a point, I am still -1 or -2 for +/- and will get a 40-60 form score. The games where you play well and not producing offense it is ever so slightly better than pre-patch but not good enough.
For anyone who wants to play realistic hockey on All-Star or Superstar, or for anyone playing a Defense role, form score makes it not fun and has unrealistic criteria to move up to a 3rd line.
xPRODI1GY your are exactly right. that's why I skate all over the place to try and stop the scoring and when they do score, I get 'missed assignment' penalty plus the 'bad line defense' penalty. I complained about that since 24 but they didn't listen to that. I can go from 55% in defense down to 30% when they score just 1 goal. it would take me the rest of the game to get back to 50%.
You got 2 minutes more icetime if you do like 2+2:
But still you not are that good to play in NHL... Or even 4th line, they put me to out of roster 😂
