You didn't actually drop 27 points. That's just the delta. Which is the difference between the last game score and your current chapter average.
Your last game was 63. The chapter average is 90. The Delta between those is 27.
I don't understand how I got a 63 game score is my biggest frustration because granted the biggest issue is WHY I dropped at all. I had the same overall score for both games. I even had less % in defense and teamplay in the second game, so why did I drop in the first game with high teamplay and gained with the same % in offense the second game with the same overall score is what I want to know. it just shows me that there is still more emphasis on scoring points than playing an all around above average game. that's what everyone is saying (I believe). if there are kids that want to score tons of goals then they can adjust sliders and put it on rookie to do that. if guys like me who like defense and want a challenge and even lose games (but our player does well), we are getting severely penalized for it. and excuse my ignorance but what exactly is DELTA and what does it do please.
