It’s unbelievable to me how bad this game is. I’ve resorted to lowering the difficulty to semi-pro. Still can’t score guy can barely skate. Gets 3-4 shifts in a full length game. There’s no way to improve him because all the points go to energy like you said. I’ve played this game every year and figure out how to score pretty quickly. The goalies are totally over powered. Get 10-15 shots a game and literally none of them go in. I wish I could get a refund and purge this game from my memory.
