Broken Player Contract and Salary expectations

PLEASE FIX players under 25 demanding salaries twice their value. It's frustrating drafting and developing players only for them to sign for 1 year until they are UFAs and leave, or have to pay 5 million + their actual value to sign long term. Highly unrealistic and completely wrecks franchise mode. Spending hours rebuilding a team to have no one sign makes it all pointless. PLEASE FIX.
