I play Defense for my club. I only play D in drop-in to practice. Leveling up is SUPER difficult if you don't score a ton of goals and/or you don't hit a ton of people. I don't know exactly HO...
RP has nothing to do with the position you are playing. The players gain RP when winning and lose RP with losing. When you've reached Level 10 you can Play seven placement games at the start or during a season. Everybody starts with (hidden until the 7 games are finished) 20000 RP. The points you gain depend on the opponents sum of RP. For example: 20000 vs. 20000. Winner gets around 400+, loser exactly the same 400-
So now 20400 and 19600. The higher the gap, the higher or lower the points.
When you lose despite being ranked better you lose way more points...
